"Thanks for the info Joe, I helped a dealer with a Classic RE-BL the other week and it seemed to work really well. It was powered and was also fed status through the USB cable.
IR from the Pronto RFX9600 was sent over 15m away. We had no issue with the responsiveness from the emitter that was simply stuck on the front. There was really no trouble at all putting it in and getting it to work. There was no need to adjust the IR emitter intensity at all.
Might be some great feedback for any of our dealers when they ask. I've now used the Schmartz and the RE-BL and we recommend them to all installers when asked or discussed in training. "
