Shipping

Shipping and Handling
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post Registered Post (optional insurance),
Express Post or Express Post Platinum .
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Conditions of Order
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Very special care is taken to protect all items during packaging. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipment Cost:
To calculate exact shipping costs, simply log in, add your items to the cart, then proceed to checkout, all the costs are shown prior to finalizing your order. Use the Shipping Estimator to calculate your shipping costs.

Delivery Times:
*Unless stated otherwise in the Product Description:
Express Post: - 2-3 days if ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday ,
Registered Post: - 3-7 days if ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
Australia Post does not deliver on weekends. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm via Express Post should arrive the following Mon to Wed. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm via Registered Post should arrive Wed to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day
with normal delivery times applicable.

Insurance and Tracking.
Regular Post does not include insurance nor traceability.
Registered Post covers you for up to $100 loss, with delivery traceability
Registered & Insured Post covers loss for total shipped value (excl. shipping) with delivery traceability.
Express Post does not include insurance nor traceability.
Express Platinum does not include insurance but includes traceability by delivery signature./>

Shipping Disclaimer & Liability.
remoteONE take no responsibility for non-delivery of or damage to items once they are handed over to Australia Post. We will not be held liable for losses incurred against items that have been shipped but not delivered. To cover for loss during shipment, we require that you select the Shipment Method that suits your needs.If your delivery is not recieved within a reasonable time or the goods are physically damaged upon arrival, please contact Australia Post with your Tracking Number to resolve the issue.

We recommend Registered Post for orders up to AU$100 and  Registered & Insured Post for orders up to $5000.

Warranty & Returns:  
remoteONE are Australian distributors for all our products and provide full support and warranty for all products via the RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) facility built into our web site.
