remoteONE provide full support and warranty for all products via the RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) facility built into our web site. To lodge an RMA request, please follow the instructions below:
RMA Policy - Refunds and Returns
Returns received after this time will only be eligible for replacement.
The customer will need to pay for the full cost of return shipment which includes Registered & Insured postage plus a packing and handling fee which must be paid prior to shipping the return back to the customer.
However, if you are purchasing other items from our store, we will return the RMA item with your new order without any additional shipping costs.
How do I request a refund or replacement ?
1. Sign-in to your remoteONE account. Your order his
2. Select Orders in the My account section to the left of the page.
3. Your order history will be displayed.
Select the Order ID #. pertaining to the product return request to view he order details.
4. If eligible (within warranty), you will be able to select Request a product return.
5. Fill in the request form describing the problem with as much detail as possible.
a. To tell us what would you like to do, select Refund or Replace item from the dropdown box.
b. Select a Reason for the request from the dropdown box.
c. Check the box that indicates the item you wish to return.
6. Click the Return button.
You will be notified by email of the request status within 14 days.
My returned item has been checked and found to be working perfectly. .
How do I get it shipped back to me?
Simply purchase the shipping costs and we will ship it back to you asap. Click here to pay return shipping costs
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problem or questions regarding our product(s).
Note:
- If on the other hand your RMA request for a replacement has been accepted, there is no need to pay for return postage.
