High Gain Antennas for GSM/3G/4G NextG Wireless Broadband |

A little while ago we decided that the remoteONE office would do away with our slow and unreliable satellite internet and churn over to the newly implimented Optus 3G wireless broadband service. We chose Exetel as our provider of Optus 3G internet and purchased a USB 3G modem to test it out. What we found during our "testing' was both frustrating and enlightening. Even though the USB modem was recieving an excellent 4-5 bar signal inside our office, the internet was un-reliable, constantly dropping out and switching back and forth from UMTS to WCDMA. Our VoIP service was completely unuseable. This problem was solved by attaching our USB modem to one of these high gain antennas. The excellent front-to-back ratio helped to block out interferance and reflected signals that were causing connection problems. |
Will one or these antennas work for me?
- If you have low and/or unreliable GSM/3G signal using your USB modem we 100% Guarantee that, when correctly installed, this antenna will greatly improve your 3G signal strength.
- If you currently have no signal whatsoever, and there is no mobile phone service in your general location then this antenna is not guaranteed to give you any improvement. Having said that, some customers have reported that after fitting one of our antennas, they now have excellent 3G internet service where they previously had no signal at all.
